Lead Organizer + Organizing Team Opportunities

RevampT Spaces Organizing Services | Columbus, Ohio & Surrounding Areas

Do you love helping people turn overwhelming spaces into spaces that work for their everyday lives?

At RevampT Spaces, organizing is about more than putting things in pretty containers. It’s about listening, finding practical solutions, and helping clients feel more comfortable and confident in their homes—without judgment.

We’re looking for a Lead Organizer who enjoys working with clients, guiding a team, and bringing a thoughtful plan to life. We’d also love to connect with organizers who prefer a hands-on supporting role.

About the Lead Organizer Role

This role is for someone who enjoys both the organizing work and the people side of a project. You’re comfortable seeing the big picture, breaking it into manageable steps, and helping everyone stay focused when plans shift.

Responsibilities may include:

Leading home organizing, decluttering, and unpacking projects.

Guiding team members, delegating tasks, and keeping projects moving.

Communicating with clients so they feel heard, supported, and informed.

Helping assess spaces, priorities, and project needs.

Creating functional systems that fit each client’s routines and preferences.

Adjusting plans and troubleshooting with patience and a solution-focused mindset.

Working alongside and supporting other organizers when needed.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You…

Have professional organizing experience and feel comfortable taking the lead.

Bring a calm, compassionate, judgment-free approach to working with clients.

Can help someone work through decisions without making them feel rushed or pressured.

Communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with a team.

Notice the details while keeping the overall project goals in mind.

Value practical, maintainable solutions—not just a picture-perfect result.

Are dependable, adaptable, and comfortable with hands-on work.

Have reliable transportation to client projects throughout the Columbus area.

You don’t need to have all the answers. You do need to be willing to listen, problem-solve, and treat people and their belongings with care.

Love Organizing, but Not Running a Business?

If working with clients and transforming spaces is your favorite part—but marketing, scheduling, proposals, and invoicing aren’t—this could be a great opportunity to do more of the work you enjoy.

RevampT Spaces handles the business side so you can focus on supporting clients, creating functional spaces, and doing meaningful work with a team.

Prefer a Supporting Role?

We’d love to hear from you, too! We’re also interested in connecting with organizers who enjoy hands-on project work and supporting a lead organizer without taking on project leadership responsibilities.

Schedule & Compensation

This is project-based work. We’ll discuss availability, scheduling, compensation, and role expectations during the interview process.
